شراء الأوراق المالية


Explanation:
Buy in means
When an investor is forced to repurchase shares because the seller did not deliver the securities in a timely fashion, or did not deliver them at all.

in other words
Those who fail to deliver the securities will be notified with a buy-in notice. Failure to answer the buy-in notice means the broker can buy the securities and deliver them on your behalf. You must then pay back the broker at whatever price.

سداد/تسليم أوراق مالية نيابة عن البائع


Explanation:
عند عدم قدرة بائع على تسليم أوراق مالية إلى مشتري يطلب المشتري من مسئول حركة تداول الأوراق المالية بإجراء عملية سداد عن البائع. يعلن مسئول حركة تداول الأوراق المالية عن هذه الأوراق المالية فيقوم أي سمسار جاهز للسداد الفوري بسداد تلك الأوراق إلى المشتري نيابة عن البائع, عندئذ يتحتم على البائع فيما بعد رد قيمة تلك الأوراق إلى السمسار الذي أدى عنه التسليم وذلك طبقاً للسعر الحالي لتك الأوراق لا بالسعر حينما أدى السمسار التسليم.
