English term or phrase: already (to express surprise)
I'm trying to translate the use of "already" to express surprise that such a short time has passed before an event. For example:

"I can't believe you're already bored with your job!" (said to someone who has only been working at their job for one day)

"Have you forgotten already?!" (said when the forgotten information was just given a few minutes ago)

In Egyptian Colloquial Arabic, the verb
لحق
works well in these cases:

أنا مش مصدق إنك لحقت تتعب من شغلك

إنت لحقت تنسى؟

But I need a translation in fusha.

بهذه السرعة
Explanation:
One possibility - هل نسيت بهذه السرعة؟ لا أصدق أنك مللت من وظيفتك الجديدة بهذه السرعة

I don't know - I think I'd still use بهذه السرعة. If it was about the administrative procedures, you'd say هل تم الطلاق بهذه السرعة rather than هل طلقها...

Notes to answerer
Asker: That's great, but does it work in this case? "He's already divorced her?!" (said when the couple had only been married for a month) If I write هل طلقها بهذه السرقة؟ I'm concerned that it might be interpreted as a comment on the speed of the divorce procedure (i.e. the administrative paperwork) rather than on the shortness of the marriage.

بعد

Explanation:
عادة ما أترجمها بكلمة "بعد" التي تؤدي المعنى خاصة إذا نطقناها بنبرة استغراب. فنقول مثلا "هل نسيت بعد؟" أو "هل أصابك الملل بعد؟؟" والله أعلم
