4.1 The Guarantor agrees that this Guarantee:
(a) shall not be revocable by the Guarantor;
(b) shall be a continuing guarantee and accordingly shall apply in relation to all of the duties,
obligations, provisions, warranties or indemnities of the Subsidiary under and arising out
of the Contract and remain in full force and effect until all the said duties, obligations,
provisions, warranties or indemnities shall have been carried out, completed and
discharged in accordance with the Contract;
