In early May the families of Year 6 students are provided with a Gippsland Region - Student Placement Form. This form is to be returned to the primary school by the end of term two indicating the parents' choice of secondary school for their child for the following school year. (The Sale Primary School is then required to forward this information to the individual secondary schools and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Education) The various secondary schools also provide opportunities for students to sit exams for a range of programs in term 2 and term 3.
