The second sentence. Sorry for the repetition. I am posting this again because somebody supressed my question because it was more than 10 words long, so I have to break it into two. I wasn't able to see all the responses due to the supression.
Thanks for your patience. Here is the explanation again:

I am working on a play in which one of the characters has to say this in Arabic. Neither the writer nor any of the actors speak the language. Please help me by giving me a transliteration of the phrase, so I know how to pronounce it.
The scale is something you would find in a science lab.
