نعم لو أراد أن يعير أرضاً للدفن فيها، فهنا لا بد أن يكتب أنه أعار هذه الأرض للدفن فيها، وإذا أعارها للدفن فيها فإنه لا يرجع حتى يبلى الميت؛ لأن من لازم الإذن في الدفن أن يبقى الميت مدفوناً محترماً، فلا ينبش إلا إذا بلي.
