logan
add-on sale / increased sale
Explanation:
Mersalg is increased sales.

I'm not sure whether plussalg is the same thing - unless you can give some more context. But it looks like it from some hits.

L&H Dansk-Engelsk Fagordbog calls it add-on sale.

agree  Dan Schioenning Larsen: I think plussalg is when a store is able to get the customer to buy more than he wants - like getting a customer to buy a tie as well, when he just wanted a shirt. Mersalg might be to get the customer to buy more of the same item, but I am not sure.

-> This sounds very plausible - the plastic kitchen tools together with the non-stick pans etc. Thanks, Dan!

agree  pcovs: I'm with Dan here. It must be when the store manages to sell you something you didn't plan on buying. ;o)

super sale/special sale

Explanation:
just a suggestion, as I have seen this terminology used here whenever a store wants to give merchandize special attention when having a sale.

disagree  Dan Schioenning Larsen: it is not about stores having discounted products during a sale, it is about selling more to existing customers.

-> my suggestion does not have anything to do with discounted products. Promotional sales are discount sales.
