findings of fact Explanation: A suggestion based on the following, from the decision at the first link below: "Højesteret fandt endvidere, at det var en fejl, at byretten i angivelsen af sit bevisresultat ikke mere nøjagtigt anførte, hvilken mængde amfetamin T havde solgt. Da landsretten fandt T skyldig i det omfang byretten havde anført, indeholdt landsrettens dom samme fejl. "Højesterets flertal fandt, at der efter angivelsen af byretten bevisresultat, som landsretten havde tiltrådt, var et sikkert grundlag for at fastslå, at byretten havde fundet T skyldig i, til dels i forening med T2, at have solgt i hvert fald 3,5 kilo amfetamin, og at sagen derfor kunne realitetsbehandles i Højesteret."
