"Højesterets flertal fandt, at der efter angivelsen af byretten bevisresultat, som landsretten havde tiltrådt, var et sikkert grundlag for at fastslå, at byretten havde fundet T skyldig i, til dels i forening med T2, at have solgt i hvert fald 3,5 kilo amfetamin, og at sagen derfor kunne realitetsbehandles i Højesteret."
