Det er sætningen ud for 5.2 der volder mig problemer. Jeg synes ikke, at den er specielt vellykket på dansk (juridisk sprog SKAL åbenbart være kringlet), og det er måske nok derfor, jeg har problemer med at oversætte den. Nogle forslag?
