immediately available for work
Explanation:
I don't think there is a direct translation of "formidlingsparat"in English. You could say ready to present themselves at the Job Centre but normally in English we would say "immediately available for work" - bit long-winded I know!

agree  Christine Andersen: I think what is meant is 'ready for the job exchange' = Arbejdsformidlingen. If they are sick, for instance, or being retrained, then they are not immediately available for work.

-> Thanks Christine! I wonder if we could also say 'not ready to be candidates on the job market'
