swelling Explanation: I think Chris is right, this is some kind of typo, but there seems to be little doubt that they are referring to "cold water swelling modified waxy maize starch...." https://www.google.ie/?gws_rd=ssl#q=modified maize starch "c... But kvædende does not actually mean swelling in Danish. |
