Catalan term or phrase: Botina modelada per adaptar a ortesi
Hi, friends! I'm translating some medical documents from Spanish to English. But a couple of them are written in... Catalán?? I don't know.. and I've come across this expression. This is an item in an invoice. No more context, unfortunately. Can anybody help me? I guess it's a sort of plaster for the leg... but I don't know how to express it in English.
Thanks so much for your help!!!

Thank you so much, Favio. You really deserve the points. Your answer is very good!!!! In fact, it is the one I used tentatively, although the client decided to consult a translator matching those language pairs.
