Catalan term or phrase: sense bufos ni extratons
Referring to heart:

extratons is OK, = extopic beats

bufos, however, = rubs? murmurs? gallops? other?

I know that 'bufo' is wheezing', but I thought wheezing and crackling were associated with the lungs....or would this organ possibly be included in a heart auscultation?

TIA:-)
