Va correspondre a aquest Jutjat en funcions de guárdia conéixer del butlletí de denúncia instituït pels Mossos d'Esquadra, comissaria de Figueres, en data 18 de setembre de 2003, sobre la base del qual es va dictar interlocutòria d'incoació de judici de faltes núm.
