And thanks in advance.

Anyone got any appetizing suggestions for this one? I know its ingredients are pig snout and ear, snails, and mushrooms, but am at a loss as to how I might make this appetizing for English speakers on a menu. It may well not be possible, and that's fine - I just wanted to throw it open to see if anyone has any ideas.
UK Eng. Thanks in advance.

Like Sheila, I'm vegetarian, but I've done a few menus in my time.

I went down to 4 stars because I'm not sure this sounds very appetizing either... especially the ear bit... I've always preferred "Cheek" to snout as we all know where pigs put their snouts. Ah, but then who understands carnivores anyway? ;-)

agree  Andy Watkinson: As tasty as it's possible to describe it. My only improvement: replace "ear" with "etc" ;-))
