focus on creating Explanation: It seems to me that a good translation would be something along the lines of: ...decide whether the entrepreneur's initiative will focus on creating a scientific-technical department, a research centre or a spin-off company. Maybe even "lead to creating". In any case I think you deifnitely need creating (or something along those lines) in there somewhere. Good luck! |
