Честно казано, and no offense/offence meant, "regulated landed property" е доста неанглийски "английски" и може да се срещне само в преводни "документи" (договори, нотариални актове и т.н.) от Гърция, България и други страни от ЕС. Поне според мен. В Америка се казва ZONING, ZONED и REGULATED няма да срещнете никъде.
