  -> Ами не виждам от контекста да става дума за previous underpayment. Става дума за 10 % отстъпка, ама звучи съвсем доброволно и за двете страни, като приемат условията на договора, разбира се. excess postage е допълнителни пощ. разноски и е неудачен пример.
