Explanation:
Струва ми се, че "с грижата на добър търговец" е т. нар. "пълнеж" в този случай - опит изречението да звучи по-стилно. Както и да е, може и да греша.

Мисълта ми беше, че на английски по-естествено би звучало и би се говорило за commitment към вложителите и кредиторите. Буквалният превод на българската фраза би звучал тромаво.
