First/Mandatory Foreign language Explanation: In Bg, there are 2 foreign languages mandatory for all students -- one being Russian and one being English/French/German/Spanish; some students can take an additional optional Foreign language which will then be their III(third) foreign language. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 30 mins (2009-02-18 21:31:00 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Sorry for the mix up!
