للعلم هذا : العقد خاص ببيع عقارات في تونس . فهل " منابات " يمكن ترجمتها portions in English or divisions or parts . و للعلم أيضا أن العقار موضوع العقد عبارة عن أرض خالية من أي بنايات . و لكم جزيل الشكر
