This is an authorization to "collect the price that reached us in its entirity?" is this the way to say it?
This is a letter from the notary public in Zahla. Where has the money reached? to whom? To the Notary? Then those authorized are supposed to collect the money from the Notary's office?

I am confused on this aspect...

Any clarification will be helpful in how to phrase it and also about the explanation of the situation. This is a letter from the Notary Public to people who are here in the US, and have sold or are hoping to sell their property in Lebanon... They need this letter because the banks are asking them, I guess as a verification of there the money to be deposited as originated from....

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you, Liliane! As you noticed, now I am able to pose my questions in Arabic. I would like to thank TargamaT from Syria for alerting and sending me a utility that allows me to type the Arabic letters! It's beautiful!
