State of readiness for (military) defence Explanation: the term "rebat" is used in the Islamic culture to refer, most of the time, to the state of readiness for (military) defence when there is a war or when it is expected form an enemy to launch a sudden attack during the state of war. So the word "rebat" doesn't mean the sudden attack itself, but rather "to be ready to stand against the attack". |
