neutral  Hugh Lester: I understand where you are coming from, but if it is an oil product, as stated, then it is naphtha.

  -> Yes Hugh, in the subject it is written نظام تسعير , then she said oil product so I wasn't sure which is which. Let's leave it till the asker decides what she wants. Many thanks for the input
