agree  Mohsin Alabdali: "congestion points" was may first choice for a suggested translation. But then I remembered a one word that gives an equally accurate translation so I opted for the one word of "bottlenecks".

agree  Mohsin Alabdali: I'd have said "choking" rather than "choke". But why go for two words when there is one word that is equally effective?
