Building Setbacks Explanation: إن كان المقصود بها: ارتدادات المبنى -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2014-01-26 20:53:23 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- نعم ، تأكّد لي أن المقصود هو الارتداد بحدود بناء المبنى:ا أما في العقارات المصابة بتخطيط مصدق غير منفذ، سواء كان مستملكاً أو غير مستملك، فيعتمد التخطيط المصدق في كافة معطياته لجهة تحديد كيفية وصول السيارات وخروجها من العقار، ومدى وقوع النظر والغلاف، على ألاّ يقل التراجع عن حدود العقار قبل التخطيط عن أربعة أمتار ونصف.
