PVC conduit or the wire hole or according to design


Explanation:
The lighting pole ends with anchorage plate. The anchorage plate is fixed on a concrete block into ground by means of J-bolts. Inside the concrete block there is PVC Conduit or a hole only so the electrical wire can connect the pole and leaves to the next one.

J bolt stands for جورب
According to your design (PVC conduit or the wire hole ) will stand for باب التدخل .This means (the wire passage to the pole) .

This translation is based on my understanding to the lighting pole design only.
