الحاج Explanation: الحاج -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 mins (2014-11-26 12:08:09 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- This is a title that is given to the person who performs the Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca. Pilgrimage is a mandatory religious duty for Muslims which must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by all adult Muslims who are physically and financially capable of undertaking the journey, and can support their family during their absence. The title Al-Haj is a distinguished title like the title Sheikh in the Arab region, Sir and Earl in Britain and Herr in Germany. Good Luck! |
