I would like clarification please on how to write the verb after a question mark ( هل + فعل لمخاطبة المؤنث) (أن + فعل لمخاطبة المؤنث)

the correct is to say :

The rule is whenever you talk to female all verbs you are addressing you need to femalize them (I try to create a new verb in English meaning to make the verbs for feminine)

You meant after the question mark ? means in affirmative sentence not in interrogative sentence ?
Still the same female verb format shall be applied .
