Arabic term or phrase:
This term, or some variation on it, appears several times in the regulations for Egypt's new VAT law. So far as I can tell, it's always in relation to instructions for adjusting or deducting taxes that have already been paid. These examples were taken from various sections of the regulations:

I think I get the general idea — the taxpayer has to file some statement declaring the increase or decrease in taxes owed — but is this a specific form? What would it be called in English? And are all of these examples referring to the same thing?
