As i understand, the reduction percentage shall be calculated as follows:- 150/ 100 x the balance of loans granted to fund solar water heaters = The outcome The mandatory reserve will be reduced by deducting the outcome amount from it. For sure, this will not affect the mandatory reserve amounts to the extent that they will be less than zero as you expected because the reduction ratio shall be calculated according to the balance of loans granted to fund solar water heaters and these amounts are not expected to be extremely high.
