Principal External Auditor Explanation: Please cross-reference the usage of the term "مفوض المراقبة" in points 6 & 7 of the following document in its Arabic version with its respective English translation: Beirut May 27, 2011 The Governor of Banque du Liban Chairman of the Special Investigation Commission Riad Toufic Salamé Annex attached to SIC Circular No 5 This document in both Arabic and English can be found at the web references cited below. I would add "principal" the beginning of the job title since there doesn't seem to be a better synonym for "اساسي" in this context. Perhaps the concept of a Principal External Auditor is only native to the Arabic world. Sounds like someone who is in charge of monitoring the external auditors if you can find a better term.
