English term or phrase: HOL
Passed meconium within 24-48 HOL.

Yo entiendo que deberías ser "horas". ¿Será así? un error de typo.

Gracias a todos por la colaboración.

agree  José Patrício: Labour or labor may refer to: Labour (childbirth), the delivery of a baby. - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labour

Reference: hours of life [passed meconium within the first 24-48 hours]

Reference information:
Aunque la expresión original se encuentra en muchas traducciones referida como hours of/after birth o hours of life, en inglés original parece más frecuentemente referido como the first (24) hours; passed meconium within the first 24 hours .
