Spanish term or phrase: Amìgdalas intravèlicas
Hello! This phrase comes from a physical exam, specifically the rhinoscopy portion.
"...ÙVULA CENTRAL AMÌGDALAS INTRAVÈLICAS, ..."

Any idea how the "intravelica" portion would be translated?

Thanks for any help or insight you can provide.

Grade I tonsils
Explanation:

To evaluate the palate-tongue position, we used a modification of Mallampati's technique,6 with the tongue kept in place without the use of a tongue depressor. In grade 1, the tonsils, pillars, pharynx, and soft palate were clearly visible. In grade 2, the uvula and only the upper part of the pillars and tonsils were visible between the palate and the tongue. In grade 3, only the soft and hard palate were visible, whereas the tonsils, pillars, pharynx and base of the uvula were hidden behind the tongue. In grade 4, only the hard palate was visible.

intravelic tonsils

Explanation:
https://www.google.com/search?q=tonsils
0 degree – intravelic tonsils - https://www.researchgate.net/publication/23224975_Chronic_to...
The increase in size of the palatine tonsil, or tonsillar hypertrophy can be graded according to Brodsky's scheme in five grades which are based on the reduction of the air flow: 0, intravelic tonsil: I, slightly hypertrophied tonsils, 25% reduction the air flow; II, amygdalian hypertrophy, 25-50 % reduction the air flow; increased amygdalian hypertrophy 50-75 % reduction air flow; and IV, huge amygdalian hypertrophy, achieving more than 75% air flow reduction.
In general, surgical specimens of tonsillitis are rarely encountered,
