Spanish term or phrase: informe de ponderación
I have an GDPR-related audit report with this heading, which says that its purpose is "llevar a cabo el análisis de ponderación entre los intereses del responsable y los intereses o derechos y libertades de los interesados." In my Big 4 days this would probably been a plain "Report" but I was wondering if there is an equivalent term in English. I have never come across a "weighted report" before.

Just a few Spanish uses in Google, for example

... donde están fuera del rango establecido por la SAE". Por lo tanto, dando aclaración al capítulo II INFORME DE PONDERACIÓN DE LA PROPUESTA.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for your interest in assisting, Francois. Although I was tending towards "weighting" I later discovered, the term in use for the report in the case of GDPD law is "balancing test".

agree  philgoddard: Your references don't seem relevant, but I think this is the obvious translation in the absence of context. We don't know who the "responsable" or the "interesados" are.
