Secretariat/Secretary´s Office Explanation: The terms "Secretariat" and "Secretary´s Office"are widely used in academic documents, with preference to one or the other depending on the institution. I´d go for any of them, maybe you can check on the websites´ of similar institutions in the same State to decide which one you will use.
