agree  patinba: Yes! skip the "human" unless they also train dogs :) Just Talent Management in other words./Because it sounds better, I suppose. Also, it has 4 million google hits, Neil.

  -> Gracias, Patinba. But I would not be inclined to leave it out, because then someone could question "why" and what would the answer be? Besides, they didn't leave it out in Spanish, so why do so in English?
