Spanish translation: con un título académico de posgrado

English term or phrase: MA or MSC
¿Cómo diferenciarían, en español, MA y MSC?
Aparecen ambas en la misma oración, y quisiera saber si tenemos alguna forma de diferenciarlas con un término en español para cada una, para no usar "máster" en ambas..ya que no tendría sentido .. ¿?

No le sería más útil para tu cliente? Si la oferta de trabajo es para personas en países no anglófonos, no sería mejor poner algo claramente entendible, en vez de traducir títulos de otros países?

agree  Charles Davis: This is the right approach. The difference between MA and MSc is not relevant to Spanish-speaking readers; it's just a matter of local nomenclature. Could say "título de maestría/magister/máster en..." (delete according to target).

Explanation:
Peco talvez de purista, así que no utilizo el término "máster", ya que el español tiene su propia palabra, que es "maestría". Dicho esto, los términos apropiados para el español son los que ya he mencionado.

Sugiero: "Este puesto [está] disponible para aquellos con maestría de artes/ciencias en recursos humanos".
