  -> Da noi il "1/2 locale" è molto usato, si tratta per esempio della cucina non abitabile! Grazie Giuseppe e buona giornata!

agree  Mariagrazia Centanni: Si usa la parola 'vani' per gli appartamenti ad uso abitativo, il termine 'locali' è per gli appartamenti ad uso commerciale.
