En cuanto a la responsabilidad civil (RC), XX comentó el motivo del incremento en el contrato de reaseguro, y que a pesar de esa situacion la linea de negocio es rentable. Comentó que los siniestros se presentaron por diferentes razones - RC Productos: un niño que se sacó un ojo al abrir una botella. RC Viajero: un accidente de autobus donde fallecieron 10 ciudadanos americanos. Por tal motivo se propone:
1. incremento de 5% en cuotas
2. excluír cobertura RC Viajero para extranjeros, hasta no tener en la parte de operaciones en siniestros un modelo de atención de siniestros.

For some reason I cannot make sense of this. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I tried to recall the answer you chose in a similar question you posted some days ago. I would just add Operations in brackets after you mention the Claims Unit. I believe it is the transcription of a meeting memo or something similar, so that would account for the text not being very precise.
