agree  Taña Dalglish: Yes. http://dictionary.reverso.net/spanish-english/bodeguero. I think it is the most elegant choice as opposed to "cellar.../owner". Un abrazo.

Vintners

Explanation:
Alternative, a bit more 'classical' perhaps. Wineseller is one meaning, winemaker the other, of this word.

"... of the Burgundy region, the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (Brotherhood .... and national museums, as well as wines by the great vintners of Burgundy ..." (www.palagems.com/flashes_of_colour.htm)

Notes to answerer
Asker: The DRAE defines "bodeguero" as "Dueño de una bodega de vinos". What about 'cellar owner' then?

Asker: I would say that "bodegueros" combines the functions of the "almacenistas" (no longer existing) and the "exportadores"

agree  Bubo Coroman (X): el Marco del Jerez is famous and historical, so vintners is a good choice -- they would all have started out making the wine themselves, so the description is accurate
