"(...) ARTICULO DECIMO OCTAVO: El control de la sociedad estará a cargo de un Síndico elegido por la Asamblea General de Accionistas. Este nombrará también al Síndico suplente que reemplazará al titular en los casos de muerte, renuncia, ausencia o **concurso** de éste. (...)"

Verstehe ich das richtig, dass der Aktionärsvertreter durch seine eigene Insolvenz amtsunfähig wird?
