Es geht um eine öffentliche Urkunde aus dem Lande Paraguay, in welcher eine (gemeinsame) Sonderzustellungsadresse für alle an dem Rechtsgeschäft beteiligten wie folgt eingerichtet wird:

"(...) todos son de esta vecindad, fijando domicilio especial para este acto jurídico en la casa de la calle X esquina con calle Y, **hábiles**, de mi conocimiento (...)

Ich vermute, das Wort bezieht sich auf die Straßen. Vorschläge?

Meiner Ansicht nach bezieht es sich auf die zuvor genannten Erschienenen. Habe jetzt dafür keinen Nachweis zur Hand, deshalb niedrige Antwortsicherheit, kann bei Bedarf später noch mal gucken. Alles andere ergibt hier m.E. keinen Sinn.
