El profesionalismo y competencia del personal de Aduanas en la fiscalización, ha permitido un alto grado de asertividad en la detección de mercancías que infringen las normas sobre propiedad intelectual contemplada en la ley 19.039, respecto
de las cuales al momento de ser constatada, se procede a la suspensión del despacho, notificando al representante legal de la marca en Chile para que se haga parte de la denuncia
que se efectúa al Ministerio Público.

from dribs and drabs I've seen, (eg asertividad judicial de la Aduana) it might mean taking (legal) measures if they find anything. Haven't found anything conclusive, though

I'm afraid I have another much higher figure for "% of imports inspected" which would be coverage. I am guessing it has something to do with the percentage of imports inspected on which Customs have had to recalculate the import duties. Find a word for all that, and I'll buy you a beer.

Reassesment might work, but it is still only a guess.
