Sto traducendo un atto di matrimonio redatto in Venezuela e ho qualche dubbio circa le parti che ho evidenziato tra asterischi.

Trascrivo il brano:
Con el fin de celebrar el matrimonio que tienen convenido, y habiendo sido el funcionario que suscribe el escogido por los contrayentes para presenciarlo como consta en el acta ***que de conformidad con*** el Articulo 70° del Código Civil, ***y por cuanto*** el funcionario que suscribe ha decidido autorizar el acto con prescindencia de los documentos indicados por el Articulo 69 ejusdem y la previa fijación de carteles por tener perfecto conocimiento de que no existe ningun impedimento legal a este matrimonio."

Immagino che in ..."que de conformidad" sia stato saltato un verbo. E più precisamente penso che al posto del "que" avrebbero dovuto mettere un "hecho".

Per quanto riguarda invece "y por cuanto", tenuto conto di quello che segue, brancolo nel buio.

Io lo interpreto così:

al fine di celebrare il matrimonio..., essendo stato scelto il sottoscritto... ai sensi dell'art....., "e per il quale" (per il matrimonio/per celebrare il matrimonio) il funzionario ha deciso questo e quello.
