Die AAAAA Gruppe bekennt sich zu den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Insiderüberwachung. Es ist für die AAAAA Gruppe als börsennotiertem Unternehmen von zentraler Bedeutung, dass sämtliche Organmitglieder sowie Mitarbeiter von AAAAA diese Vorschriften einhalten. Verletzungen würden für das Unternehmen und die Betroffenen erhebliche negative Folgen auslösen.
Die Vorschriften zur Insiderüberwachung gelten für sog. Insiderinformationen. Insiderinformationen sind konkrete Informationen über nicht öffentlich bekannte Umstände (auch künftige, hinreichend wahrscheinliche Umstände, unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen auch Werturteile, Empfehlungen und Prognosen), die sich auf Insiderpapiere oder Unternehmen beziehen, die diese ausgeben (insbesondere auf die AAAAA und ihre verbundenen Unternehmen), und die geeignet sind, im Falle ihres öffentlichen Bekanntwerdens den Börsen- oder Marktpreis der jeweiligen Insiderpapiere erheblich zu beeinflussen (dabei ist zu fragen, ob ein verständiger Anleger die Information bei seiner Anlageentscheidung berücksichtigen würde).
