Necesito traducir este término del español al italiano. Aparece en un texto jurídico sobre la Ley de arbitraje (Legge fallimentare). Las frases en las que aparece son las siguientes:
- Téngase en cuenta que, por el art. 53.1 LC, las sentencias y los laudos firmes dictados antes o después de la declaración de concurso vinculan al juez de éste, el cual dará a las resoluciones pronunciadas el tratamiento concursal que corresponda.
