Vorrei sapere come si dice in inglese "passato in giudicato". In italiano, questa espressione riferita a un divorzio, viene utilizzata per far riferimento alla sentenza definitiva, al decreto in firme da parte del giudice, all'incontrovertibilità della cosa giudicata (non è più possibile impugnare o che un altro giudice si pronunci nuovamente). In questo tipo di sentenze, viene apposto un timbro, appunto quello del "passato in giudicato", e mi chiedo quale sia appunto in corrispondente in inglese. Grazie per l'aiuto.
