In un atto di nascita belga.
Non mi è chiaro se a rilasciarlo è il Comune della città di Gand (in Italia l'ufficio anagrafe dipende dal Comune) oppure se in Belgo l'ufficio anagrafe fa parte di una sorta di amministrazione della città separata dal Comune.
In ogni caso, vorrei sapere quale sarebbe l'equivalente in italiano. Grazie per l'aiuto.
