si bien es cierto que la traducción literal es HFC, normalmente se usa directamente el término CFC, por ejemplo en los aerosoles (SIN CFC).

disagree  ulla2608: OJO: según KFKW-Lexikon (www.umweltdatenbank.de) y otros sitios hay una diferencia esencial entre el HFC y el CLC: el CLC contiene cloro que es especialmente peligroso para la capa de ozono, por eso se han desarrollado "Kohlenwasserstoffe" sin cloro

  -> Tienes razón. me confundí con FCKW que sí son CFC. Pero entonces la H de HFKW no significa "halogenados" sino que tienen hidrógeno o un radical OH (no sé con seguridad) (hidrofluorocarbonos). Gracias!!!
